Job Position: Admin Executive
Job Context
The person will be required to carry out the responsibility of all kind of administrative support of the office, documentation, admin & compliance policies and strategies for the company.
Job Description / Responsibility
- To develop and implement Admin & Compliance policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth operation.
- Ensure the implementation of the Compliance according to Compliance manuals.
- Follow-up disciplinary action & conduct Departmental inquiry & Grievance handling etc.
- Official purchase, office asset management, office expense rationalization and other related work.
- Verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support to foreign stuffs including program, transportation arrangement, visa processing, air ticket booking.
- Logistics and personnel management including assistant, cook, security guard, office peon, and etc.
- Responsible for all administrative support to the office.
- Responsible for all travel and meal arrangements
- Keep record of day to day expenses alone with all accounts related tasks
- Improvise process to meet the deadline
- Take full charge of all office support staff
- Keep records of official documents
- Communicate with various contacts
- Maintain other administrative related matters of office
- Perform any other task as per assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Training/Trade Course: Any training on HRM, Labor Law will be added advantage.
- Skills Required: Administration, Human Resources

- Age 23 to 28 years

- Very good written and oral English communication skills
- Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills, demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
- An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Chinese companies is preferred
